Meet Our Founder

Kelton Sean Ruffin Jr.
Chief Engineer & Managing Director, Kelven Technologies – South

With a degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as advanced studies in Applied Project Management and more than 30 years of hands-on experience in industrial systems, Mr. Ruffin has dedicated his career to solving complex challenges in power systems, induction melting, and refractory engineering. As the Chief Engineer and Managing Director of Kelven Technologies – South, He leads a team focused on delivering innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions to clients across the manufacturing and metallurgical sectors.

His journey has taken him from shop floors to control rooms, working with furnaces, transformers, and automation systems across the globe. Each project is an opportunity to push boundaries and build trust.
